I am experimenting with intermittent fasting and today is day 1 of the fasts. I’m starting off with just weekly one day fasts. If I am not happy with the results then I will add another day in. The health benefits for this are pretty phenomonal, so we will see how it goes!
Ate so much shit yesterday but today is a new day and i’m starting it right with a healthy veggie omelette and a run :-)
